Q: I'VE REGISTERED FOR MEGA CAMP 2025, BUT DECIDED NOT TO ATTEND/UMABLE TO ATTEND ANYMORE. WHAT NOW?
A: KW has a strict no-cancellation/no-refun policy. You can sell your ticket to another associate and request a name chage via your Market Centre Leadership
Q: DOES A TICKET INCLUDE TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION?
A: No, travel and accommodation will be at your own cost.
Q: ARE THERE ANY HOTELS WITH SPECIAL RATES FOR MEGA CAMP 2025?
A: Guests attending Mega Camp 2025 at the CSIR International Convention Centre qualify for pre-arranged special rates at the following establishments.
Q: WILL THE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?
A: This is an in-person event and sessions will not be recorded.
Q: CAN I PAY TO ONLY ATTEND ONE DAY?
A: Only full-priced tickets are available.
